Requirements

  • Experience in iGaming, digital product, or live content production environments, with exposure to performance, engagement, or customer experience optimisation.
  • Track record of improving performance metrics (e.g. engagement, conversion, retention, revenue).
  • Strong understanding of how customer or player behaviour drives performance.
  • Comfortable owning initiatives end-to-end and accountable for outcomes.
  • Commercially minded and confident working with data and KPIs.
  • Confident working cross-functionally with internal teams and suppliers.
  • Experience working with customer-facing or operational teams, while maintaining a focus on product and experience.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong eye for presentation and branding.
  • Proactive, organized, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Own the performance of dedicated Live Dealer studios, using KPIs and data insights to identify opportunities and drive continuous improvement.
  • Develop and execute initiatives that enhance player experience, increase engagement, and grow revenue.
  • Analyse competitors and market trends to ensure strong positioning and differentiation.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives across CRM, VIP, Marketing, Product, Omni-channel, and Operations teams.
  • Shape studio visuals, theming, and presentation to enhance player appeal and brand consistency.
  • Deliver studio photo and video shoots to support marketing and brand storytelling.
  • Own the delivery of studio projects from concept through to launch and ongoing optimisation.
  • Work closely with Live Dealer Team Leads to maintain high dealer performance and service standards.
  • Plan and deliver team-building, performance management, and motivational initiatives for the dedicated Live Dealer team.
  • Develop and execute in-studio promotional concepts to support engagement, retention, and revenue growth.
  • Travel regularly to studio locations and Hard Rock properties to support on-site initiatives, strengthen collaboration, and ensure high-quality execution.
  • Support broader commercial and operational initiatives as required.
