About The Position

The Learning Design Manager supports the North America retail organization by driving revenue and sales through impactful learning solutions. Designs and delivers engaging learning experiences for retail and corporate populations.

Requirements

  • 5–8 years of experience in Learning & Development, Retail Training, or Retail Excellence.
  • Experience in instructional design and working in a global retail organization preferred
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, Adobe Suite, video editing, communication and project management

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement learning strategies, content, and programs
  • Design e-learning, in-store training, and conference workshops
  • Partner with stakeholders to identify learning needs and create solutions
  • Adapt global content to local market needs ensuring alignment with global standards
  • Apply adult learning principles and 70-20-10 methodology
  • Manage learning projects, timelines, and deliverables
  • Utilize LMS platforms to deploy and measure learning effectiveness
  • Develop blended, immersive, and collaborative learning programs
