The Manager, Program Learning Governance supports the execution and continuous improvement of governance and operational oversight for enterprise required learning programs across American Express. This role partners closely with stakeholders across Risk, Compliance, Legal, Control Management, and Learning teams to help ensure learning programs are compliant, well-governed, operationally effective, and aligned to enterprise standards. The Manager will contribute to governance processes, reporting, audit readiness activities, and program oversight while helping drive consistency, transparency, and process excellence across required learning initiatives globally.

Requirements

  • Experience in program learning governance and operational oversight.
  • Ability to partner with stakeholders across Risk, Compliance, Legal, Control Management, and Learning teams.
  • Skills in ensuring learning programs are compliant, well-governed, operationally effective, and aligned to enterprise standards.
  • Experience with governance processes, reporting, and audit readiness activities.
  • Ability to drive consistency, transparency, and process excellence.
