The Manager, Leadership Development (AMER) at VF operates within Global Learning and Leadership Development as a senior individual contributor supporting the AMER region. This role is deeply focused on a specific leadership population, such as New Manager, Manager, or Director. The position involves partnering closely with business leaders, HRBPs, regional learning partners, and global portfolio and design teams. The core of the role is to become a trusted learning lead for the assigned leadership level, addressing regional leadership development needs by leveraging and tailoring enterprise learning solutions, designing and facilitating bespoke experiences when necessary, and ensuring leadership learning is grounded in real VF leadership challenges and expectations. Additionally, the role contributes AMER leadership insights back into global curriculum and portfolio work, aiding in the evolution of enterprise solutions. This role reports to the Senior Director, Global Learning, and Leadership Development.
