Primary purpose: Manage and directly support Land & Right of Way staff related to real property acquisition, management, and disposition, including but not limited to fee title ownership, rights of way, permits, licenses, leases, and encroachments of company assets. In addition, manage and support landowner/agency notifications, damage negotiations and payments, litigation support, partial releases, third-party condemnations, quiet title actions, damage prevention support, interpretation and communication of easement rights. This position will be filled at a level commensurate with the candidate's education and experience. Demonstrate and enforce the highest professional integrity, ethics, and safety discipline. Demonstrate and reinforce a culture of regulatory compliance. Collaborate and communicate with a variety of people with tact, courtesy, and professionalism. Other daily, weekly, monthly, or special projects may be assigned.
