Requirements

  • A Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, a health care discipline or the equivalent education and experience is required.
  • Experience with oversight of a large Laboratory Outreach operation or a similar field is required.
  • Five (5) years of related experience including a minimum of three (3) years of experience in the field of outpatient and provider centered laboratory services is required.
  • Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and the COVID 19 virus or to be exempt from the requirement for medical or personal reasons by signing a statement certifying you are choosing to be exempt from vaccination once hired.

Nice To Haves

  • A Masters Degree or Leadership training is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Under direction of the Director, Laboratory Outreach or designee, perform diversified duties both within and in support of all Outreach Laboratory Services.
  • Provide leadership to staff, coordinate and oversee daily work processes, operations, department manpower scheduling, fiscal responsibilities, performance improvement and outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with SHG and external regulatory agency policies, procedures and requirements.
  • Serve as a role model and a resource to assigned staff.
  • Provide support and promote high practice standards, collaboration and teamwork.
