This position is responsible for supervising laboratory operation and oversight of the laboratory staff of the Tennessee Oncology Flow and FISH departments. Provides service to patients by providing medical laboratory diagnostic and therapeutic information, products, and services. This position is also responsible for ensuring staff provides highest quality, cost effective, patient focused services and care and compliance with local, state, and federal requirements. Responsible for implementing and maintenance of clinical practice standards and staff development.
