About The Position
HCT seeks an experienced nursing professional to serve as the Manager, Labor & Delivery, at a 300 bed hospital in California.
Requirements
- BSN required
- Minimum 5 years of manager experience in a union environment
- Proven track record of success in improving patient experience, labor and delivery quality metrics
- High degree of clinical proficiency
- Effective communication skills
- Current California RN license required
- BLS, ACLS required
Nice To Haves
- PALS, NRP preferred
- Electronic Medical Record (EPIC) and Microsoft Office suite experience preferred
