About The Position

This role is responsible for overseeing all computer systems, ensuring their proper operation and compliance with regulatory requirements. The IT Manager will work with other department managers to enforce company policies and procedures, and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. This includes managing hardware and software upgrades, maintaining computer networks, performing system backups, and training employees on property systems. The position also involves preparing system reports and contributing to departmental operating budgets.

Requirements

Experience in IT management.
Knowledge of computer systems, hardware, and software.
Understanding of regulatory compliance.
Ability to manage computer networks.
Experience with system backups.
Training and instruction skills.
Report preparation skills.
Budget preparation and variance analysis skills.

Responsibilities

Provides excellent quality of customer service to co-workers and guests.
Operates all computer systems, ensuring proper operations of all programs and hardware to maintain compliance with regulatory requirements.
Works with other department managers and supervisors on a regular basis to ensure enforcement and adherence to company policies and procedures, as well as to ensure compliance to the policies of local, state, and federal regulations.
Oversees necessary upgrades and changes to hardware and software.
Maintains computer networks, adding and deleting devices as necessary.
Maintains system back-ups as scheduled or requested.
Trains employees to use current property systems.
Assists, guides, and instructs employees in proper performance of computer operations.
Prepares system reports as required by company policies and procedures, and state gaming regulations as scheduled or required.
Prepares data for the department operating budgets and takes action on budget variance items.
