About The Position

This role is for a Manager, IT Strategy Growth and Technology Transformation within the AI & Engineering team, focusing on transforming technology platforms and driving innovation for clients. The position involves reimagining and re-engineering critical business operations and processes to improve financial performance, accelerate digital ventures, and fuel growth. The AI & Engineering team builds, deploys, and operates integrated sector solutions in software, data, AI, network, and hybrid cloud infrastructure, powered by engineering for business advantage. Engineering as a Service (EaaS) provides complete design, implementation, and technology operations, transforming engineering teams, modernizing technology, and delivering complex programs with a product engineering approach using flexible delivery models.

Requirements

  • 6+ years’ experience in the commercial consulting sector working on large scale IT engineering/transformation projects with hands-on depth in technology around application development and custom built applications with a focus on strategy.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, engineering or a related field
  • 3+ years’ experience in a leadership role working on large scale transformation programs in a commercial environment with a focus on technology strategy.
  • 8+ years’ experience in technology and operational transformation efforts with commercial clients
  • Experience in operating model transformation
  • A strong understanding of the fundamentals of engineering transformation with the ability to successfully articulate technology concepts to both a business and a technology audience with depth and accuracy.
  • Experience working in a multi-vendor environment and with third parties
  • Extensive team leadership experience which should include managing people, projects, clients and financials.
  • Experience using AI to streamline business processes and create efficiencies.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship now or at any time in the future.

  • Master’s degree, preferably in computer science, information technology, engineering or business
  • Ability to quickly learn and deliver on analogous technologies not previously worked on
  • Industry recognized technology certifications - AWS, Cloud, Google, Claude and others.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to Technology, Operations and Strategy executives on complex transformation initiatives.
  • Lead globally dispersed teams (primarily across the US, India, and Mexico) to successfully deliver strategy and downstream transformation engagements.
  • Participate in engagement planning, including defining deliverables and milestone structure.
  • Oversee engagement delivery, managing the team to ensure deliverables are met on time and with high quality.
  • Assist in managing engagement risk and ongoing engagement economics.
  • Manage client expectations proactively.
  • Serve as a coach for junior practitioners, providing input and guidance into future staffing needs.
