Manager, IT Solutions Architect
About The Position
Manager, IT Solutions Architect serves as an interface with selected business units and GIS Sales, Operations, Engineering, Service and Finance domains for the purpose of architecting complex IT solutions, technology strategy alignment, solution discovery, service management, and project portfolio management. This role validates and ensures the design integrity of complex solutions using multiple technologies to address complex cross-functional needs. The Manager, IT Solutions Architect oversees complex, integrated solutions and platform support services to meet performance, availability, customer service level agreement, and customer satisfaction targets. This role also manages RFT and contractor resources to ensure the delivery of multiple projects and support services within the area of responsibility within the allocated budget. Additionally, the Manager, IT Solutions Architect contributes to the development and implementation of GIS project management, software application development, testing, service management, change management, RCA, and other relevant process, standards, governance, and control changes and improvements.
