Requirements
- Demonstrates comprehensive understanding of concepts and principles within own job family and knowledge of other related job families

Responsibilities
- Serves as an interface with selected business units and GIS Sales, Operations, Engineering, Service and Finance domains for the purpose of architecting complex IT solutions, technology strategy alignment, solution discovery, service management, project portfolio mgm
- Validates and ensures design integrity of complex solutions using multiple technologies to address complex cross functional needs.
- Oversees complex, integrated solutions and platform support services to meet performance, availability, customer service level agreement and customer satisfaction targets.
- Manages RFT and contractor resources to ensures delivery of multiple projects and support services within area of responsibility within allocated budget
- Contributes to the development and implementation of GIS project management, software application development, testing, service management, change management, RCA and other relevant process, standards, governance and control changes and improvements
