IHG•Atlanta, GA

About The Position

The Manager IT Product is responsible for delivering quality products across IHG’s digital experience, including mobile, hotel websites, and revenue management. The role coordinates business stakeholders, software developers, technical engineers, designers, data analysts, and other subject matter experts to create and deliver a product roadmap that addresses short- and long-term needs. It combines strategic work—such as identifying growth opportunities and supporting change—with tactical analysis and problem-solving. The manager oversees the product lifecycle from ideation through launch, adoption, and optimization using an agile methodology, adapting to stakeholder and customer needs. The role also supports business reviews, communicates across organizational levels, and contributes to cross-functional product teams. The position leads product strategy and roadmap development, using customer insights, market and competitor knowledge, and distribution capabilities to identify product enhancements and new product opportunities. It uses data, research, testing, and performance measures to set priorities, forecast returns, guide development, and refine products after launch. The manager maintains and prioritizes the product backlog, develops and accepts user stories, supports release planning, and shares product information and status with stakeholders and the PMO. The role also collaborates with engineering and UX teams, resolves impediments, and guides junior team members. The position is hybrid, with an expectation of working three days in the Atlanta office; this arrangement may change with business needs. Travel is 10%.
