About The Position

Partner with IT leaders to deliver impactful communications that advance digital transformation and organizational alignment. Develops and executes communication strategies that effectively engage both internal and external stakeholders regarding IT initiatives. Ensures the delivery of clear, timely, and consistent IT-related messages across various platforms while collaborating closely with IT teams and business units. Oversees communication channels, supports training and change management efforts, and evaluates communication effectiveness to optimize impact. Involves aligning IT communications with organizational goals and assisting in crisis communication related to IT incidents.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 5+ year's experience in IT communications or corporate communications
• Proven ability to develop and execute communication strategies
• Experience managing communication channels and supporting change management
• Strong collaboration skills with IT teams and business units
• Ability to evaluate communication effectiveness and optimize messaging
• Ability to work on site (Wednesday)
