The Manager of Internal Sales is responsible for leading and developing a team of Internal Wholesalers within the Broker Dealer distribution channel. This role oversees daily sales activities, drives business growth, and ensures alignment with overall distribution strategies. The Manager provides coaching, performance management, and strategic direction to enhance sales effectiveness, strengthen advisor relationships, and achieve sales targets.
