We are seeking a technically exceptional and strategically minded Manager, Interconnection Services to lead large generation and large load interconnection and transmission services activities across the PJM, NYISO, and ISO-NE regions. This role owns the full lifecycle of interconnection—from early-stage prospecting and siting feasibility through queue management, study review, generation and large load interconnection agreement negotiation, and grid synchronization as well as operating asset outage and curtailment monitoring and modification approvals—for one of the largest renewable development portfolios in the Northeast. The Manager will serve as the primary regional expert and decision-maker, partnering closely with internal development, engineering and construction, origination, finance, and regulatory teams, as well as external stakeholders including RTOs/ISOs, Transmission Owners, utilities, and consultants. This individual will also provide strategic technical leadership for M&A diligence, portfolio optimization, and regulatory engagement at FERC and the applicable RTOs. This is a high-impact role for a technically deep and collaborative professional who thrives in a complex, fast-paced development environment and is passionate about shaping the future of grid interconnection in the Northeast.
