Requirements
- B.S. degree in Nursing and a minimum of five (5) years nursing experience, with at least two (2) years in a supervisory or managerial capacity; or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- Good written and oral communication skills.
Nice To Haves
- Master's degree in Nursing.
- Two (2) years clinical experience in specialty area.
Responsibilities
- Overseeing daily patient care operations for assigned areas.
- Applying a set of management principles to a specialized discipline.
- Independent judgment and decision making in the areas of budget, personnel, patient services and administrative or professional programs.
- Twenty-four (24) hour accountability for assigned areas.
