In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in developing and executing integrated marketing strategies that inspire beauty discovery. This individual is responsible for developing and executing high-impact omni-channel marketing campaigns that bring the Ulta Beauty brand and categories to life. This role partners closely with cross-functional leaders across Category Marketing, Creative, Media, PR & Social and other key teams to translate business priorities into compelling, insight-driven storytelling that drives guest engagement and delivers measurable business results. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking, strong collaboration and operational excellence to lead integrated work that connects with our guests, supports category health and advances enterprise growth priorities. The ideal candidate will have a brand marketing background, be detail oriented, proficient at critical thinking and collaboration, all while possessing a passion for beauty and an aptitude for retail.
