Under the supervision of the Director Integrated Communications, the incumbent will manage all social platforms and influencer partnerships to increase brand awareness, engage audiences, provide customer service, further expand the communication channels and measure ROI. The role involves developing and executing innovative social strategies while managing a team and fostering a culture of excellence. This position is “always on,” requiring flexibility to respond to the dynamic needs of social and influencer marketing. The ideal candidate will exhibit energy, creativity and adaptability, working flexible hours as needed to support campaigns and initiatives.
