About The Position

The Manager, Integrated Marketing is responsible for developing omnichannel marketing plans that help to achieve business goals and opportunities. Plans will include a surround-sound mix of digital and traditional channels, both paid and owned. This role will serve as the internal centralized campaign leader in collaboration with key partners including Digital Programs, Merchandising, Digital Marketing, Digital, Creative, and Marketing Operations. This role will support a variety of growth areas within BJ’s business.

Requirements

  • Bachelors required - Business, Marketing, Communications, or another related field preferred / Masters preferred
  • 7+ years experience
  • Experience managing B2C omni-channel Marketing campaigns
  • Strong analytical skills – understand key Marketing performance metrics (ie. incrementality, ROAS, CPC, CTR)
  • Strong communication skills to influence and collaborate with partners without direct reporting relationships
  • Ability to flourish in a fast-paced environment that requires both strategic and executional skills
  • Strong project management skills, with ability to balance priorities across a number of initiatives

  • Retail or CPG experience preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrates a solid understanding of the business, competitive, and consumer dynamics to inform strategic planning.
  • In partnership with supervisor, sets Marketing goals using a mix of techniques based on past performance, business goals, market sizing, consumer insights, and traffic forecasting.
  • Builds Marketing strategies to drive incremental revenue growth, with assistance from supervisor; including defining target audiences, determining appropriate budgets, prioritizing across opportunities, and defining timing.
  • Drives Marketing goal, strategic plan, and tactical plan alignment across business and cross-functional partners, with assistance from supervisor.
  • Owns tactical plan execution in collaboration with cross-functional partners, including identifying the optimal channel mix across owned + paid tactics and setting the communications.
  • Flawlessly executes key promotions and seasonal events from ideation to completion.
  • Writes creative brief and traffics all assets through to campaign launch.
  • Ensures proper measurement plans are built for each campaign, optimizes efforts mid-flighting, and conducts a final performance analysis in collaboration with business and cross-functional partners.
  • Serve as a strategic thought partner to help define short and long-term growth roadmap.
  • Provides leadership, coaching and mentoring to the team, including one direct report.
