The Integrated Marketing Manager (On Site) is a campaign execution and cross-functional leadership role responsible for bringing Terranea’s marketing strategy to life across all channels and resort verticals. This role serves as the connective tissue between strategy, creative, digital, communications, and on-property teams, ensuring that campaigns are launched seamlessly, accurately, and on time. This position owns the execution of integrated marketing initiatives across Rooms, Meetings & Events, Food & Beverage, Spa, Golf, Recreation, and brand-wide priorities. The role is highly collaborative and operationally strong, managing timelines, content calendars, approvals, and cross-department coordination to ensure alignment and consistency across digital, communications, social, email, and on-property channels. The Integrated Marketing Manager plays a critical role in translating high-level strategy into actionable plans, overseeing campaign workflows, and ensuring that marketing initiatives support revenue goals, seasonal priorities, and brand standards.
