As Manager, Integrated Marketing, Brand Equity (Holiday, Services & Events), you will play a critical role in advancing Ulta Beauty's brand equity through the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns that drive guest love and brand connection. This role will lead strategy, planning, and execution for Ulta Beauty's Holiday campaign and Services portfolio (Salon, Benefit Brow, Ear Piercing), as well as core brand events such as Birthday Party and Cue the New. You will partner cross-functionally to create campaigns that celebrate our brand purpose, The Possibilities Are Beautiful and deliver breakthrough omnichannel storytelling that engages guests and drives business impact. The ideal candidate will have a brand marketing background, be detail oriented, proficient at critical thinking and collaboration, and possess a passion for beauty, pop culture, and an aptitude for retail.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of brand marketing experience in consumer facing or retail marketing; beauty or lifestyle category preferred.
  • Experience managing large-scale seasonal campaigns, including Holiday, with ownership from strategic planning and briefing through creative execution and post-campaign analysis.
  • Proven track record of developing and leading 360° integrated marketing strategies that drive measurable business results and elevate brand equity.
  • A big picture strategic, data-driven thinker and organized 'doer' who can translate insights into action and navigate ambiguity to move plans forward.
  • Demonstrated creativity and creative management, including collaborating with a creative team and/or agency partners.
  • Experience supporting or leading brand activations, from ideation to execution, across experiential, event, and partnership platforms that connect brand purpose.
  • Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment, leading through influence, prioritizing effectively, and maintaining strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills with confidence to represent the brand at all levels of the organization.
  • Passion for business/the work and a lifelong learner.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related fields; MBA or MA preferred.
  • Travel may be required (<10% of time)

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of omnichannel campaigns for Holiday, Services (Salon, Benefit Brow, Ear Piercing), and brand Events (Birthday Party, Cue the New) from brief to launch to sustain.
  • Own campaign strategy and brief development, defining objectives, audience insights, key messages, and go-to-market plans aligned to Ulta Beauty's brand equity platform.
  • Collaborate closely with customer growth marketing, consumer insights, media, creative, merchants, and other key stakeholder groups to ensure execution of marketing plans/strategies is data driven, clear and cohesive.
  • Champion data-driven storytelling, leveraging performance and consumer insights to inform campaign optimization and future strategies.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for channel teams and internal/external agencies to ensure seamless collaboration and cohesive execution across touchpoints.
  • Manage budgets and timelines, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery of campaign initiatives with clear KPIs and measurement plans.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and consumer behavior, identifying innovative ways to activate brand equity through seasonal moments and guest experiences.
