Acrisure was built on entrepreneurial spirit. Prioritizing leadership, accountability, and collaboration, we equip our teams to work at the highest levels possible. Job Summary Reporting to the Head of Revenue and Commission Insights, F inancial P lanning & A nalysis (FP&A) , the Manager of Insurance Revenue Analytics serves as Acrisure's analytical resource for high-priority, time-sensitive strategic and financial questions originating from the Executive Leadership Team and Board of Directors. This is not a recurring reporting role — it is a responsive, high-judgment function that translates complex financial and market questions into clear, well-structured analyses and narratives. The ideal candidate brings a strategy consulting or strategic finance background, with the ability to independently scope and execute financial models, synthesize internal and external data sources, and produce Board-ready PowerPoint materials that distill sophisticated analysis into actionable insights. Work product is reviewed by the CFO before E xecutive L eadership T eam (ELT) and Board presentation, requiring a consistently high standard of analytical rigor and executive communication.

Requirements

  • Strong financial modeling skills, including scenario analysis, sensitivity analysis, and investment case development — with the ability to build models independently from a blank page.
  • Exceptional PowerPoint and executive communication skills, with the ability to structure a compelling narrative, distill complex analysis into clear visuals, and anticipate the questions a senior audience will ask.
  • Proven ability to work independently on ambiguous, high-priority requests — managing scope, timeline, and quality without close supervision.
  • Experience integrating external market data and research (e.g., S&P Global, industry databases) with internal financial data to produce market-contextualized analysis.
  • High analytical rigor and intellectual curiosity — comfortable forming and defending a point of view, not just presenting options.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and executive presence, with the ability to communicate complex findings clearly and confidently to senior finance leadership.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance , Economics, Accounting, Data Science or a related quantitative field.
  • 5–8 years of experience in S trategy C onsulting, I nvestment B anking, S trategic F inance, Corporate Development or C orporate FP&A, with a demonstrated track record of producing high-quality financial analysis and executive-level materials.

Nice To Haves

  • MBA from a leading program, or equivalent advanced degree.
  • Experience in insurance brokerage, financial services, or a similarly complex, multi-entity business environment.
  • Familiarity with public company financial reporting, non-GAAP metrics, or investor-facing financial communication.
  • Prior exposure to Board-level or C-suite analytical support in a corporate or advisory context.
  • Experience with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau to supplement model-based analysis with data visualization.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to inbound analytical requests from the ELT and Board, scoping, prioritizing, and delivering high-quality financial analysis under tight timelines and with limited direction.
  • Build financial models and scenario analyses covering a range of strategic topics including organic growth sensitivities, capital allocation trade-offs, investment cases, cost structure scenarios, and other ad hoc requests.
  • Integrate internal financial data with external market intelligence — including S&P Global and other research tools — to provide competitive benchmarking, industry context, and market sizing that enriches financial analysis.
  • Partner with FP&A's Enterprise Analysis and Expense Management functions to pull functional inputs into enterprise-level scenario frameworks, ensuring analytical outputs reflect accurate underlying assumptions.
  • Support finance-wide initiatives, for example policy development, to ensure alignment with FP&A requirements and translate them back into FP&A processes.
  • Own the enterprise long-range model, conducting a full refresh annually and leveraging it throughout the year for scenario planning across new investments or initiatives and evolving assumptions.
  • Translate complex financial models and analytical findings into executive-ready PowerPoint presentations — structuring content to lead with insight, support with data, and drive toward a clear recommendation or decision point.
  • Prepare CFO-ready briefing materials that anticipate questions, surface key risks and sensitivities, and present a well-reasoned point of view — not just a summary of the data.
  • Develop facility with Acrisure's financial architecture — including management reporting views, PubCo metrics, and non-GAAP frameworks — to ensure analytical outputs are consistent with how the business measures and communicates performance.
  • Maintain a high standard of accuracy, clarity, and visual quality across all deliverables, with the discipline to self-review and pressure-test conclusions before escalation.
  • Apply structured, hypothesis-driven thinking to ambiguous or open-ended questions — breaking down complex problems, identifying the right analytical approach, and delivering a clear answer rather than a data dump.
  • Bring market awareness and external perspective to internal financial questions, drawing on industry trends, competitor dynamics, and macroeconomic context to enrich scenario analysis and strategic recommendations.
  • Proactively identify analytical gaps, data quality issues, or unstated assumptions that could affect the integrity of the analysis, and resolve or escalate them before final delivery.
  • As FP&A's self-service analytical tools mature, leverage improved data access and modeling infrastructure to accelerate the speed and depth of strategic analysis.
