Manager - Infusion & Oncology (062626.3) FULL TIME
About The Position
Bitterroot Health is seeking candidates to fill an Oncology & Infusion Manager position. The Oncology & Infusion Manager is responsible for the direction of all aspects of patient care activities on Oncology & Infusion Unit. Duties of the Manager, in conjunction with the Director of Patient Care Services, include the responsibility for clinical nurse practice, fiscal and budgetary management, development of personnel, compliance with regulatory requirements and professional standards, patient satisfaction and quality improvement. The Oncology & Infusion Manager will attend the Hospitalist Meeting and communicate regularly with Hospitalist Physician Director. The Oncology & Infusion Manager performs these responsibilities cooperatively with nursing staff, physicians and management to support the Mission, Vision and Standards of Bitterroot Health.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Current Montana Registered Nurse license
- Current BLS certification
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Computer proficiency
- Experience with electronic medical records required
Nice To Haves
- BSN preferred
- ACLS and PALS certification within 6 months of hire
- Five or more years’ experience in Medical Surgical nursing preferred
