Under the general direction of the Director of IT, the Manager Information Technology provides technical oversight and management of technical services teams including staff responsible for server operations, data center operations, desktop support, Lan/Wan infrastructure, help desk, and telecommunications. Works collaboratively with Application and Support Services Managers to implement and support the networking infrastructure, virtual systems, VOIP systems, storage network environments, desktop environment, help desk, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Supports, and is responsible for incorporating into job performance, the Frederick Health (FH) mission, vision, core values and customer service philosophy and adheres to the FH Compliance Program, including following all regulatory requirements and the FH Standards of Behavior. Example of Essential Functions: Managerial support for all Information Technologies to promote excellent patient care in an environment that continuously evolves.
