BYOMA is seeking a culturally connected, relationship-driven, and creator-obsessed marketer to lead its Influencer & Creator function across North America. This role involves developing creator strategies, ambassador programs, talent partnerships, and advocacy initiatives to enhance cultural relevance, deepen community engagement, accelerate consumer acquisition, and drive business impact. The individual will be instrumental in shaping creator engagement and building authentic relationships that foster awareness, engagement, advocacy, and growth. This position requires close collaboration with Global Communications, Social Media & Content, Events & Community, Brand Strategy & Go-To-Market, and Commercial teams to ensure integrated creator activity across campaigns, launches, community initiatives, and business priorities. The ideal candidate understands how community-first brands utilize creators, ambassadors, and cultural voices to build brand love, influence consumer perception, and achieve business results.
