Manager, Indirect Procurement

ComotoPhiladelphia, PA
Hybrid

About The Position

Comoto Holdings is America’s largest and fastest-growing omnichannel platform in the powersports aftermarket-products industry. Comoto is moving fast, and our procurement engine needs to keep pace. We are looking for a Procurement Manager to take the reins of our established Goods Not For Resale (GNFR) function and professionalize it for our next chapter of growth. Reporting directly to the CFO, you won’t be starting from a blank page; instead, you’ll be the strategic lead tasked with optimizing our existing vendor ecosystem and maturing our processes. This is a role for a high-level collaborator who can navigate a complex retail landscape, refine our contract standards, and ensure every partnership we have is working as hard as we are.

Requirements

  • 8+ Years of Procurement Grit: You’ve spent nearly a decade in the field, with at least 3 years leading strategy for non-inventory (GNFR) goods and services.
  • Deep mastery of procurement best practices and can professionalize an existing function without slowing it down.
  • Documented track record of securing favorable terms and protecting the business through rigorous SLA enforcement.
  • Data-driven problem solver who can dive into the details of spend analysis to find hidden efficiencies.
  • Ability to build immediate credibility with internal stakeholders and vendors alike, turning procurement into a partner, not a hurdle.
  • Proficient in modern procurement tools— Coupa experience is a major plus.
  • Natural ability to manage a team and drive results.

Nice To Haves

  • Certification like CSCP, CPIM, or CIPS is a strong signal of your expertise.

Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of all non-merchandise spend, transforming fragmented departmental purchasing into a cohesive, high-leverage strategy.
  • Lead high-stakes negotiations, focusing on long-term value, service levels, and risk protection rather than just the lowest bid.
  • Act as a strategic consultant to our Executive Leadership Team (ELT), helping them navigate vendor selections that fuel their specific goals.
  • Design and implement best-in-class procurement processes that are scalable, transparent, and built for a high-growth environment.
  • Deeply analyze contracts and SLAs to ensure our partners are as committed to our success as we are, minimizing organizational exposure.

Benefits

  • Equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability or genetics.
