About The Position

Tegra Analytics is seeking a highly experienced Manager, Incentive Compensation & Commercial Analytics to lead strategic partnerships with life sciences clients, driving data-enabled performance, commercial effectiveness, and long-term value realization. This role requires expertise in commercial operations, analytics-driven performance management, and customer strategy, with the ability to translate complex business needs into actionable, data-informed solutions. The ideal candidate brings experience in field effectiveness, incentive compensation, sales operations, or performance analytics, and thrives in a consulting environment where they can influence executive stakeholders while delivering measurable outcomes. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required (Business, Finance, Economics, Life Sciences, Analytics, or related field preferred).
  • Experience with incentive compensation, field force effectiveness, sales operations, or commercial analytics.
  • Proven experience supporting life sciences commercial sales operations (pharma, biotech, medical device).
  • Deep understanding of commercial operations and the use of analytics to drive performance and decision-making.
  • Strong background in incentive compensation design and administration.
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent client-facing projects.
  • Exceptional communication skills, including executive-level engagement.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Highly organized, deadline-driven, and detail-oriented.
  • Self-starter with strong ownership mindset and adaptability.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for life sciences clients, engaging stakeholders from operational teams through executive leadership.
  • Guide clients in shaping strategies related to performance optimization, analytics adoption, and operational effectiveness.
  • Serve as a strategic partner to Commercial Operations, Sales Leadership, HR, and Finance partners.
  • Lead executive governance forums and strategic planning sessions focused on driving measurable business outcomes and advancing transformation initiatives.
  • Deliver proactive, data-driven insights tied to KPIs, performance metrics, and commercial effectiveness drivers, aligned to business and product strategy.
  • Demonstrate deep expertise in life sciences commercial sales operations, including sales force design and alignment, territory strategy, quota deployment, field activity optimization, and performance measurement frameworks.
  • Apply best practices in field force effectiveness and deployment strategy to improve productivity and outcomes.
  • Identify operational inefficiencies and advance scalable, technology-enabled process improvements that enhance commercial effectiveness.
  • Ensure solutions align with industry best practices, scalability, and compliance standards.
  • Lead the design and administration of incentive compensation programs that drive performance and align with enterprise objectives.
  • Develop and govern plan documentation, business rules, eligibility frameworks, and control structures to ensure clarity, scalability, and compliance.
  • Align incentive programs with sales strategy, KPI frameworks, and desired field behaviors to optimize performance outcomes.
  • Oversee implementation and ongoing administration of IC programs, ensuring operational excellence, quality control, and timely issue resolution.
  • Provide strategic advisory on incentive effectiveness, plan optimization, and continuous improvement opportunities.
  • Manage multiple concurrent client engagements, ensuring alignment to strategic priorities, performance goals, and delivery excellence.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve efficiencies, scalability, and impact across workstreams, while identifying risks, dependencies, and execution gaps, and driving mitigation strategies to ensure timely, high-quality deliverables.
  • Operate with urgency and composure in fast-paced environments, effectively balancing tight deadlines and evolving ad hoc priorities.
  • Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights that inform strategic decision-making and performance improvement.
  • Conduct financial modeling, forecasting, and performance analyses to support strategic and operational planning.
  • Maintain rigorous attention to detail and quality control across all analyses and client deliverables.
  • Produce and deliver executive-ready materials that clearly communicate insights, recommendations, and business implications.
  • Demonstrate strong ownership, accountability, and a proactive approach to driving results.
  • Operate effectively in a fast-paced consulting environment, balancing structure with adaptability as client needs evolve.
  • Adapt quickly to evolving client priorities, systems, and commercial environments.
