About The Position

Leads the administration of CSBB incentive compensation programs, with direct accountability for managing incentive operations from plan setup through payout. Oversees teams responsible for incentive calculations, validation, approvals, and payment cycles to ensure plans are executed accurately and on schedule. Partners regularly with Lines of Business, technology, and project teams to coordinate system changes, manage processing timelines, address operational issues, and support ongoing program updates. Establishes priorities, monitors workloads and cycle readiness, and provides leadership direction to ensure consistent execution, clear communication, and reliable delivery of incentive compensation outcomes. Position has weekly in office expectations and is NOT remote. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and work experience.
  • Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in HR operations or related field.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and employment practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR information systems.

  • Hands‑on experience with automated incentive compensation systems (e.g., Varicent, Motivator, or similar), including payout calculations, data validation, and production cycles.
  • Strong business partnership and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret financial data, understand business drivers, and provide practical guidance on incentive plan administration and effectiveness.
  • Proven ability to execute in a controlled environment, including developing repeatable processes, maintaining documentation, and ensuring compliance with audit, governance, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Oversees HR employment processes including hiring, terminations, contract renewals, dismissals, trainee programs, expatriates, and retirement procedures within the job area.
  • Manages the maintenance and accuracy of personnel records, including job history, retirement and insurance documentation, leave accruals, absences, transfers, and salary progression.
  • Reviews and analyzes statistical reporting on teammate demographics, skills inventory, absenteeism, overtime, and turnover to inform management decisions.
  • Directs the administration of rewards programs, including compensation and benefits, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and labor laws.
  • Leads, coaches, and develops HR team members to enhance performance and operational effectiveness.
  • Collaborates with business partners and stakeholders to resolve HR operational challenges and support talent mobility, diversity, and inclusion initiatives.
  • Ensures compliance with labor laws, organizational policies, and regulatory requirements within the area of responsibility.
  • Implements and monitors HR operational processes and improvements to achieve departmental goals.
  • Prepares and delivers HR communications, training, and documentation to support team and organizational objectives.
  • Participates in cross-functional projects and contributes to the development and execution of HR strategies.
