About The Position

CHC Unified, a large and growing Jimmy John’s franchisee with over 25 locations across 5 states, is seeking high-energy, motivated individuals for its Manager in Training (MIT) program. This program offers a fast-track opportunity to advance to an Assistant Manager role within approximately 60 days, even without prior management experience. The MIT program provides hands-on experience in all facets of restaurant operations, including sandwich preparation with excellent customer service, efficient shift management, understanding store profitability, and leadership with a positive attitude. Upon successful completion of training, individuals may be promoted to Person In Charge (PIC), responsible for daily operations, cleanliness, team coaching, and procedural execution. Strong performance as a PIC can lead to further advancement opportunities such as Assistant Manager.

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age
• Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat)
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize independently
• Comfortable giving and receiving feedback

Responsibilities

• Prepare fast, accurate sandwiches with world-class customer service.
• Run clean and efficient shifts.
• Understand store-level profitability metrics.
• Lead with a positive, can-do attitude.
• Help lead daily store operations (as PIC).
• Ensure the restaurant is clean and running efficiently (as PIC).
• Coach team members (as PIC).
• Execute systems and procedures with 100% integrity (as PIC).
