About The Position

The Manager in Training position is designed to develop future leaders by providing comprehensive exposure to all facets of management within our organization. This role focuses on equipping candidates with the skills and knowledge necessary to effectively lead teams, manage operations, and drive business results. Trainees will engage in hands-on learning experiences, including overseeing daily activities, supporting staff development, and implementing company policies. The ultimate goal is to prepare the candidate to assume full managerial responsibilities, ensuring operational excellence and fostering a positive work environment. Successful completion of this program will position the individual for a seamless transition into a management role, contributing to the long-term success of the company.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Demonstrated leadership potential through previous work or extracurricular experiences.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Nice To Haves

  • Associate or bachelor’s degree.
  • Previous experience in a supervisory or team lead role.
  • Formal education in business administration, management, or related fields.
  • Familiarity with retail or service industry operations.
  • Proficiency with basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in a structured training program covering leadership, operations, and customer service.
  • Assist in supervising and motivating team members to achieve performance goals.
  • Support daily operational tasks such as scheduling, inventory management, and quality control.
  • Collaborate with management to analyze business performance and implement improvement strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
