The Manager in Training position is a development role that will learn all aspects of branch operations and business planning. This position is exposed to all day-to-day activities of the branch that are designed to maximize branch performance and profitability. In addition, the Manager in Training is to provide leadership support of a rental store through learning objectives performed by the Assistant Branch Manager role while building meaningful relationships and intentionally building the professional and caring culture, while exceeding established goals and objectives of the customer. The incumbent in this position is expected to model the following practices on a daily basis: 1) Demonstrate alignment with the company's mission and core business values; 2) Collaborate with key internal/external resources; 3) Participate in ongoing self-development.
