About The Position

Affordable Home Furnishings is seeking a motivated leader for its Fast Track Store Manager program. This role is designed for individuals with retail, sales, or rent-to-own experience who aspire to become Store Managers. Trainees will gain comprehensive knowledge of all business aspects, including sales, collections, inventory, deliveries, team leadership, and daily operations, under the guidance of experienced managers. The program offers a clear path to store management, with the potential to earn $50K - $75K annually as a manager.

Requirements

• Sales experience required
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record
• Ability to assist with lifting and moving furniture and appliances

Nice To Haves

• Retail management experience preferred
• Collections or account management experience preferred
• Rent-to-own experience is a major plus
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to handle difficult situations professionally

Responsibilities

• Learn all aspects of store operations
• Lead by example in sales and customer service
• Help manage customer accounts and collections
• Train and motivate team members
• Set up and maintain showroom displays
• Monitor inventory and merchandise flow
• Assist with deliveries, pickups, and warehouse operations when needed
• Help recruit, coach, and develop employees
• Work toward managing your own store location
