About The Position

Reports to: Brand Manager Location: Store Locations Are you passionate about supporting others to achieve their highest level of performance when assisting customers in a fast-paced retail environment? As a Stanton Optical Floating Assistant Sales Manager, you would be a sales leader, assisting the Sales Manager and Brand Manager at the assigned stores in executing action plans to drive sales performance within a team environment. Our Floating Assistant Sales Managers assist customer�s issues while maintaining a positive attitude to achieve the highest quality of customer satisfaction. Requirements

  • Retail management experience of at least one year in a fast paced retail environment.
  • Experience in a secondary leadership role or managed small sales teams.
  • Demonstrated outstanding sales performance throughout your retail career.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and be flexible with changing business needs in a team environment.
  • Adaptability in adjusting to changing priorities, business needs, and plans.
  • Skills necessary to communicate effectively with a diverse group of people.
  • Ability to travel within the area for up to 90% of time to support various locations based on business demands.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Knowledgeable about MS Word, Google Docs, etc.

Nice To Haves

  • Optical experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Drive sales to exceed personal and store daily, weekly and monthly revenue goals while delivering outstanding customer service experience at the assigned stores.
  • Support Sales Manager duties frequently acting as Manager on duty to accomplish the following objectives:
  • Perform pre-testing as needed.
  • Support training, coaching, and development of retail associates.
  • Analyze daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly reports to ensure all staff members are achieving desired goals based on the assigned stores.
  • Resolve customer issues and increase customer satisfaction.
  • Communicate and execute company�s standards and directives to staff.
  • Assume responsibility for other duties as developed.
  • Execute simple customer repairs, assemble lenses into frames and edge stock lenses to expedite delivery of eyeglasses, and ensure customer orders are delivered accurately and on time.
  • Ensure brand standards are met in the lab area, and notify management of equipment malfunctions, incomplete orders, incorrect lenses, etc.
  • Keep track of delivery time commitments to patients (Now Service, Ready When Promised) to ensure 100% compliance.
  • Other duties as assigned and required.
