Manager In Training (Middletown, PA)
About The Position
This position offers the opportunity to gain the necessary knowledge and experience for promotion to a management role, under the guidance of experienced professionals. The comprehensive training will encompass duties across various departments, including Production and Sales Operations, specifically within the insulation business. The ideal candidate should be open to learning new things, willing to take chances, and interested in understanding every aspect of running a branch operation. The physical location for this position is Middletown, PA. The role requires a willingness to travel as needed for training and to relocate for permanent assignment, if required.
Requirements
- Minimum of 18 years of age.
- If operating a Company Vehicle, a valid driver’s license will be required.
- Bachelor's Degree or minimum of 2 years’ experience in construction management or distribution services.
- Must be willing to travel as needed for training and relocate for permanent assignment, as required.
- Be willing to travel <20%.
- Operations Management experience, preferably in building materials or construction related industry.
Responsibilities
