Requirements

Customer service-driven mindset with strong people skills

Extremely friendly, positive, and professional attitude
Organized and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Automotive experience preferred, but leadership and customer service skills are essential
Highly motivated with a desire to grow personally and professionally

Responsibilities

Deliver an outstanding customer experience from start to finish
Build trust and long-term relationships with customers
Listen to customer concerns and clearly explain repair recommendations
Drive sales opportunities while always putting customer needs first
Help lead daily shop operations and keep workflow moving efficiently
Motivate, coach, and support team members to achieve goals
Lead by example and help create a positive, high-energy culture
Work closely with technicians and staff to maximize productivity and profitability
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention
