Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree or current enrollment preferred.
• Previous experience in customer service, sales, account management, or business development is a plus.
• Excellent active listening skills and the ability to connect with a diverse range of individuals.
• A positive, people-oriented personality with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• A strong commitment to going the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction and improve in the Entry Level Manager in Training role.

Responsibilities

• Communicate clearly and persuasively to explain the value and benefits of our services and products to potential customers.
• Develop an in-depth understanding of our clients by participating in daily Entry Level Manager in Training meetings, which will help you inform customers about current promotions and offerings.
• Be the go-to resource for customers, addressing questions, resolving concerns, and finding effective solutions to close sales.
• Contribute fresh ideas and strategies for the Entry Level Manager in Training role to improve customer retention and boost sales performance.
