About The Position
Heritage Roofing & Construction is expanding into the Denver market and is seeking experienced roofing sales professionals who are ready to grow into leadership. This is a Leadership Development Program designed to prepare high-performing roofing sales professionals for future Team Lead and Market Leader roles. As one of the fastest-growing storm restoration companies in the country, Heritage provides the proven systems, mentorship, and leadership training to help you build a long-term career with unlimited growth potential. The Manager in Training program is designed to develop future Assistant Team Leaders, Team Leaders, and advancement is based on performance, leadership, and results—not tenure. All Denver Manager in Training hires will complete a paid 180-day leadership development program in Dallas, Texas before launching in the Denver market. During training, you will refine advanced roofing sales techniques, master project management and customer experience, learn recruiting and hiring strategies, develop coaching and field leadership skills, work alongside experienced leaders, and learn how to build, lead, and grow a high-performing sales team. When you return to Denver, you'll be equipped to help launch and grow one of Heritage's newest markets. As a Manager in Training, you'll continue producing at a high level while developing the leadership skills needed to build and manage a successful team.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of roofing sales experience (required)
- Proven history of generating residential roofing sales
- Experience working with insurance restoration claims
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-driven
- Leadership mindset with a passion for coaching others
- Desire to build a long-term career in management
- Minimum 1 year of roofing sales experience
- Valid driver's license
- Pickup truck (or ability to obtain one within 60 days)
- Ability to complete the required 180-day paid leadership training program in Dallas, TX before returning to Denver
Responsibilities
- Generate new business through residential roofing sales
- Manage restoration projects from inspection through completion
- Build lasting relationships with homeowners
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience
- Recruit and help onboard future sales representatives
- Coach and mentor new team members through ride-alongs and field training
- Lead by example while driving team performance and accountability
- Support the growth and expansion of the Denver market
