About The Position

CHC Unified, a large and rapidly expanding Jimmy John’s franchisee with over 25 locations across 5 states, is looking for energetic and motivated individuals to join their team through the Manager in Training (MIT) program. This program offers a fast-track path to an Assistant Manager role in as little as 60 days, with no prior management experience necessary. The MIT program provides hands-on experience in all facets of restaurant operations, including sandwich preparation with excellent customer service, efficient shift management, understanding store profitability, and positive leadership. Upon successful completion of training, participants can advance to Person In Charge (PIC), responsible for daily store operations, cleanliness, team coaching, and system execution. Strong performance as a PIC can lead to further advancement opportunities such as Assistant Manager and beyond.

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age
• Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat)
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize independently
• Comfortable giving and receiving feedback

Responsibilities

• Prepare fast, accurate sandwiches with world-class customer service.
• Run clean and efficient shifts.
• Understand store-level profitability metrics.
• Lead with a positive, can-do attitude.
• Help lead daily store operations (as PIC).
• Ensure the restaurant is clean and running efficiently (as PIC).
• Coach team members (as PIC).
• Execute systems and procedures with 100% integrity (as PIC).
