About The Position

Affordable Home Furnishings is looking for a motivated leader to join our Fast Track Store Manager program. This position is designed for individuals with retail, sales, or rent-to-own experience who want to grow into a Store Manager role. You'll learn every part of the business-from sales and collections to inventory, deliveries, team leadership, and daily operations-while working directly with experienced managers.

Requirements

• Sales experience required
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record
• Ability to assist with lifting and moving furniture and appliances
• Wants to lead a team
• Enjoys sales and customer interaction
• Wants a long-term career instead of just a job
• Likes taking ownership and solving problems
• Is ready to grow into a Store Manager role

Nice To Haves

• Retail management experience preferred
• Collections or account management experience preferred
• Rent-to-own experience is a major plus

Responsibilities

• Learn all aspects of store operations
• Lead by example in sales and customer service
• Help manage customer accounts and collections
• Train and motivate team members
• Set up and maintain showroom displays
• Monitor inventory and merchandise flow
• Assist with deliveries, pickups, and warehouse operations when needed
• Help recruit, coach, and develop employees
• Work toward managing your own store location
