About The Position
Road Ranger is seeking Managers-in-Training to join their team across operating markets in Wisconsin, Iowa, Illinois, Indiana, Missouri, Arkansas, and Texas. The comprehensive training program is designed to equip individuals with the necessary tools to successfully manage their own store. Road Ranger aims to provide drivers with hospitality, fuel, quality food, and essential products. The Manager-in-Training Program involves training under a seasoned General Manager who will prepare the individual to oversee all aspects of a store's operations. These responsibilities include staffing, inventory management, merchandising, food service, maintaining facility standards, sales promotion, and fostering a positive work environment. Candidates must be able and willing to relocate to operate their own store based on company needs.
Requirements
- 5+ years of retail or restaurant management experience
- Friendly, hard-working, and reliable leader
- Enjoys engaging with customers, employees, vendors
- Helping make a difference in someone’s day
- Ability to relocate
