Responsibilities
- Communicate with clients through inbound and outbound calls
- Schedule consultations with individuals who have requested information about their benefits
- Present and explain insurance coverage options during virtual Zoom consultations
- Assist clients with completing insurance applications
- Participate in optional training sessions to continue developing product knowledge and professional skills
