About The Position

Goodwill North Texas is seeking a dedicated GoodwillWorks Manager in Training to support daily program operations, coach team members, and ensure high-quality services that create meaningful outcomes for participants. In this role, you will assist with the coordination and delivery of workforce development, job coaching, and support services while helping maintain compliance, operational excellence, and participant-centered care. Requirements

  • High school diploma required
  • Experience working with adults or adolescents with disabilities, employment barriers, or disadvantaged populations strongly preferred.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and electronic case management systems.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing needs.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Support daily operations of GoodwillWorks programs to ensure effective, compliant service delivery.
  • Assist the Director with program coordination, workflow management, and staffing coverage.
  • Provide coaching, guidance, and performance feedback to team members.
  • Lead program operations in the Director's absence, as assigned.
  • Deliver participant training, coaching, and workforce readiness services.
  • Monitor participant progress and maintain accurate case documentation.
  • Enter and audit data within electronic case management systems.
  • Ensure timely completion of required reports, case notes, and service documentation.
  • Collaborate with leadership, participants, employers, and community partners.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and mission-focused team activities.
  • Float between programs as needed to support operational and staffing requirements.
  • Represent Goodwill professionally within the community and help build positive partnerships.
