About The Position

Start your leadership journey with Let's Play Soccer and learn what it takes to run a high-performing facility. This role involves building teams, growing revenue, and creating great experiences. You will serve first and lead always, jumping in wherever needed with support from your General Manager. You will grow every week through hands-on coaching, leadership mentorship, and professional certifications designed to accelerate your path to General Manager. Use soccer and acts of service to unite your community and help players love coming back every season.

Requirements

• Leadership or supervisory experience (sports, retail, hospitality, or operations)
• Sales or customer service experience
• 18+ years old and willing to work evenings/weekends

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• Spanish/English bilingual
• Soccer or team-sports background
• A passion for leading people and growing programs

Responsibilities

• Learn to lead the team: recruit, train, schedule, and coach with guidance from your GM
• Support revenue growth: assist with league registration, memberships, and local partnerships
• Run daily operations: help manage scheduling, payroll, inventory, safety, and maintenance
• Deliver great experiences: greet players, resolve issues, and help every guest feel valued
• Own your growth: track your progress and prepare for promotion to General Manager
