About The Position
Pepsi MidAmerica is hiring high-potential leaders in Central Illinois to join our Manager in Training (MIT) Program. This structured development role is designed to prepare you for long-term leadership opportunities within our sales and operations teams. The program involves rotating through sales & warehouse operations, leading and coaching frontline team members, analyzing staffing and operational performance, solving real business challenges, and developing leadership skills with direct mentorship.
