About The Position

This is a customer-facing, performance-driven role where you will work directly with customers to understand their needs and guide them through financial solutions. You will handle both inbound and outbound conversations, ask follow-up questions, and help customers make decisions—including conversations about money. This role requires someone who is comfortable asking direct questions, handling hesitation or rejection, making outbound calls, and staying engaged in conversations that may feel uncomfortable at times.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Must be able to work 40 hours per week, including Saturdays.
  • Satisfactory completion of pre-employment screenings
  • Reliable form of personal transportation and valid Driver’s License
  • Customer service, sales, or collections experience
  • Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone and in person
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt

Nice To Haves

  • Fluent in English and Spanish a plus
