Zūm is seeking high-potential, early-career professionals to join Zūm's Manager in Training (MIT) program at our San Bernardino, CA location. The MIT program is Zūm's structured pathway for developing the next generation of field leaders. Reporting to the Location Manager, MIT participants carry real operational accountability from day one while moving through a structured development curriculum. Upon successful completion, MITs advance into a Senior Ops Supervisor role, Location Manager or Senior Operations Supervisor role. Geographic mobility is a core program condition — participants must be available to relocate to any Zūm location within the United States by the start of the 2027–2028 school year. The candidate will also be asked to take on stretch assignments and temporary assignments in other locations while in training. This role is for an early-career operator with high ambition and a genuine desire to grow into leadership fast, thriving in structured environments where accountability is real and development is intentional. The ideal candidate is hungry to learn, takes ownership, and seeks feedback. They are comfortable in the field, communicate clearly, and build trust through consistency and follow-through. Mobility is part of the deal, and they are ready to go where the opportunity is, viewing this not just as a job but as a launchpad.
