About The Position

Five Guys Burgers and Fries is seeking entry-level managers to teach, mentor, and provide a career path as the company grows. This position is open to leaders who may not have had the opportunity to lead a restaurant yet, but feel they have the skillset and ability to do so. The company has a unique work environment where employees are trained to work every position in the restaurant, from the register to the grill, and participate in a unique crew bonus program offering cash bonuses twice weekly. This role is ideal for individuals with leadership potential from the retail, food service, and hospitality industries.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required proof of eligibility to work in the United States
• Valid Driver's License
• Possession of or the ability to possess all state-required work cards
• A willingness to learn, keep an open mind and be receptive to training
• Leadership experience
• Willingness to get Servsafe certified

Responsibilities

• Teach and mentor team members.
• Provide a career path for employees.
• Work all aspects of the restaurant, including register, grill, and prep.
• Learn and master all restaurant positions.
