About The Position

The Client Conversion Services (CCS) Implementation team plays a critical role in guiding Broker‑Dealers, Advisors, Banks, Trust companies, and Family Office clients through their transition onto the Fidelity Institutional Wealth Management Services (FIWMS) platform. As a Manager, Implementation Project Management, you will be at the center of this transformation—leading new clients through onboarding initiatives (moments that matter), strengthening client relationships, and ensuring a seamless conversion experience. In this highly visible role, you will: Own and drive implementation projects end-to-end, managing small to mid-sized conversions and contributing to more complex client engagements. Support existing advisors transitioning a book of business to the FIWMS platform. Drive implementation projects, coordinating stakeholders and delivering a world‑class onboarding journey. You will take ownership of the implementation lifecycle, managing client relationships with minimal oversight, navigating complexity with confidence, and ensuring assets transition smoothly.

Requirements

  • Series 7 required
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or finance
  • 3-5 years of financial services experience, ideally within institutional, high‑net‑worth client management or relationship‑driven roles
  • Strong knowledge of the Fidelity business segments; understanding of the industry, financial markets, and competitor influences
  • Experience with a wide spectrum of investment solutions, products, and services offered to Fidelity clients
  • Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple, complex relationships and projects in a fast‑paced environment
  • Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills
  • Knowledge of Fidelity brokerage policies, systems (FBSI, XTRAC), and tools (Excel)
  • Outstanding verbal, written, and presentation skills

Responsibilities

  • Own and drive implementation projects end-to-end, managing small to mid-sized conversions and contributing to more complex client engagements.
  • Support existing advisors transitioning a book of business to the FIWMS platform.
  • Drive implementation projects, coordinating stakeholders and delivering a world‑class onboarding journey.

  • Advise the overall asset conversion plans for new clients to FIWMS.
  • Analyze the source and figure out the best methods to achieve successful conversion.
  • Lead the client relationship during the on-boarding experience, including setting appropriate client expectations and delivering on the customer experience index.
  • Act as a liaison on behalf of client to FIWMS organization to address client issues.
  • Work with the client to resolve daily issues involving account set up, transfer of assets, account maintenance, and other customer service issues.
  • Analyze the procedures, products, and business practices of the client to align with FIWMS policies and procedures and negotiate mutually acceptable solutions and alternatives when vital.
  • Make recommendations on standard processes.
