About The Position

Manages and provides operational leadership in the Solano locations to diagnostic imaging department(s) that may include radiography, fluoroscopy, mammography, ultrasound, computed tomography, nuclear medicine and/or magnetic resonance imaging services. Plans, organizes, and directs 24/7 operations and resources to ensure effective and efficient delivery of services to support patient care consistent with applicable standards and regulations. Establishes protocols and practices, ensuring compliance with standards, policies and procedures, the Joint Commission (TJC) standards, and applicable laws and regulations. Takes a strategic and tactical approach in identifying best practices and standardizing workflows/processes and developing plans of action to implement changes. Establishes and manages capital and operational budgets to achieve financial targets via effective utilization of personnel, resources and supplies. Develops and maintains a solid partnership with internal and external peers, leaders, and/or local/state/federal agencies to facilitate and collaborate on initiatives or issues resolution. Provides guidance and/or direct intervention in resolving challenging or complex situations. Sutter Medical Foundation (SMF) is a not-for-profit organization supporting the quality medical services provided by Sutter Medical Group and Sutter North Medical Group and a clinically integrated network (Sutter Physicians Alliance, also known as SPA), which includes Sutter Independent Physicians. Requirements

Bachelor's degree in health care or business administration, or equivalent education/experience.
BLS -Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider Upon Hire
ARRT - Radiography - American Register of Radiologic Technologists (Upon Hire)
CRT -Certified Radiologic Technologist (Upon Hire)
8 years recent relevant experience.
2-3 years of recent progressive leadership experience.
